Bibi Giyose led a group of women through their paces at our Pretoria East Studio – two hours of energetic, frenetic arm swinging and hip swaying to African and Caribbean music.  By the end of the afternoon, there was exhilaration, exhaustion and a sense of achievement – woo hoo!!!!.  Check out our lovely photos.
