Our Golden Girls class in Merritt, Canada.  Lizette Nel from South Africa is running the local ballet studio and has included Dancing Divas classes for the over 60s.  These wonderful ladies, aged between 60 to 70 years, seem to enjoying the feathers (& tiara) and dancing as much as we do in South Africa. A fabulous show - we Charleston-ed, wiggled our hips, wore our feathers and fishnets and generally had a ball on the dance floor with family and friends.

Some fabulous bonding between Moms, Grans & Kids at our Bunny Workshop.  Bunny masks were made and decorated and then everyone joined in the Bunny Dance to the sounds of Lou Bega.

Bibi Giyose led a group of women through their paces at our Pretoria East Studio – two hours of energetic, frenetic arm swinging and hip swaying to African and Caribbean music.  By the end of the afternoon, there was exhilaration, exhaustion and a sense of achievement – woo hoo!!!!.  Check out our lovely photos.
