Our beginners courses in Centurion are will give you the chance of trying dance as a fun way to get fitter, more supple and more coordinated. It’s a fun way to find a fitter you! All beginners are welcome to join these courses as the pace will be slow (and a bit slower for our Golden Girls), allowing you to find your feet in our Dancing Divas way of teaching. No need to worry about your fitness, weight, age or lack of confidence. And yes, you will require a sweat towel and some water as we do give you a workout.
